Sales Operations Manager

Will be responsible for managing and overseeing all the sales activities for real estate properties across all regions. He will be responsible for the operations of the regional sales offices and the staff located there.

Job Description

  • Develop and Review Sales policies and process cascade them down to the sales managers, ensuring their full awareness and alignment with the company policies and proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales processes and find ways to eliminate them.
  • Develop criteria for inventory management process, sales availability and coding including managing and updating information of products in all records.
  • Develop criteria of customers’ documentation completion to ensure compliance with internal regulations and set payment terms including verification. and modification of any term.
  • Develop and report the sales performance DASH_BOARD reporting daily, weekly and monthly sales results to the CEO and the Finance Director
  • Develop and report sales analysis to better serve the company future projects, launches and sales team performance.
  • Manage the commission distribution for direct and in-direct channels including the declined contracts.
  • Ensure accurate, centralized and automated database for the company both manually and digital.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in related discipline.
  • 15 years+ experience in sales operations role in a real estate developer including at least the latest 5 years in managerial level
  • Comprehensive experience in reporting using dash-board , ERP / CRM , Power BI and MS Excel
  • Superior Organization Skills with Impeccable eye for figures & details.
  • Proven Leadership Acumen & track record of people development
