Property Consultant

Will be Responsible for providing property investment advice to clients after careful analysis of market conditions and trends. They identify the most feasible, cost-effective approach to help clients achieve their objectives.

Job Description

  • Prospecting and cultivating client relationships in the market.
  • Documenting all customer contact activities into the CRM system and reporting to Executive Management on a weekly basis all activities, outcomes and having a strong ability to integrate data on the CRM to align Enterprise strategy, business strategy and real estate strategy and solutions.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
  • Preparation of Quarterly Summary Reports, and other tasks required to manage the overall relationship with the customer
  • Meeting with customers to maintain strong customer relationships
  • Learning and maintaining in depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, finance,
  • 3-6 years of Real Estate, construction field, relationship management experience, commercial real estate experience
  • Develop and communicate messages to appropriate audiences, track and manage progress, and deliver consistent results
  • Strong presentation skills and an effective leadership presence
  • Ability to understand and solve diverse and complex issues
  • Good communication skills
