Job Description
- Prospecting and cultivating client relationships in the market.
- Documenting all customer contact activities into the CRM system and reporting to Executive Management on a weekly basis all activities, outcomes and having a strong ability to integrate data on the CRM to align Enterprise strategy, business strategy and real estate strategy and solutions.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
- Preparation of Quarterly Summary Reports, and other tasks required to manage the overall relationship with the customer
- Meeting with customers to maintain strong customer relationships
- Learning and maintaining in depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, finance,
- 3-6 years of Real Estate, construction field, relationship management experience, commercial real estate experience
- Develop and communicate messages to appropriate audiences, track and manage progress, and deliver consistent results
- Strong presentation skills and an effective leadership presence
- Ability to understand and solve diverse and complex issues
- Good communication skills
